Game Night Was a Blast!

"Don't Let The Pigeon Drive The Bus" game players deep in thought

Claudia and her son consider the next move in Chinese Checkers

Our Game Night on July 22 was a fabulous evening!  We had 16 people attend, with students ranging from pre-school through 5th grade.  Some of us learned  new games, like Chinese Checkers and Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!  We also enjoyed classic favorites like Skip-Bo, Dominoes, Uno, and (the loudest game of the night!) Hungry Hungry Hippos!  It was a good thing the restaurant gave us a pretty soundproof room, because we got rowdy!

The kids all enjoyed playing with new friends, and huge kudos goes to Kerby’s Koney Island, where we got the room for free and had great service too.  Their “two-scoop” (a.k.a. five-gallon) hot fudge sundaes didn’t hurt, either.  🙂
